- Strategic action to develop Bimbo Brasils Internal and External Communication, Social Responsibility and Social Media plan,
- Change management comms plan according to the Companys current situation,
- Development of social responsibility and sustainability actions with a national scope, articulating the internal public, and communities,
- Responsible for the EVP and Employer Branding plan, preparing the Companys leadership and mobilizing employees as the main spokespersons of Bimbo Brasil.
- Responsible for the articulation and implementation of the Culture Plan, rescuing values and repositioning the Company internally and externally.
- Preparation of internal communication guides, organization and review of channels (implementation of new intranet, launch of newsletter and GB-On to Go application),

Internal Communication Manager - Johnson Johnson (4/2018 a 5/2019)
- Direct report to the Head of Communication.
- Restructuring the internal communication area and implementation of a new strategic approach, including new flows, channel adaptation, new forums, and tool reformulation.
- Liaising with Latin America, responsible for being the main point of contact for creating and sharing strategies and implementing them in Brazil and other markets.
- Building up the profile of Johnson Johnson Consumer leadership team.
