Responsible for delegating tasks and activities to reception, maintenance, and
housekeeping departments. Additionally, I perform shift management duties in
the absence of the general manager, with deep expertise in problem-solving,
logistics of purchases, sales, invoicing, company registrations, employee
hiring/termination processes, and timesheets. Conducted team training and
facilitated the integration of new employees. Acted as a mediator between HR
and employees, serving as a good listener and bridge between the company
and the team. -
Auditor noturno - Hotel Nacional (8/2019 a 2/2020)
Maintain daily communication with all other departments of the hotel as a
whole, as the auditor is responsible for reviewing data and events from the
previous day.
When requested, a somewhat unpleasant role of the auditor is to inform the
reception manager about events occurring in the departments routine. This
includes errors, important information, and required training sessions. A good
night auditor is one who works with impartiality and instills confidence in all
hotel departments.
The night auditor must also be attentive to reconciling the values that entered
the hotel during the day, such as room payments. -
