Enthusiast for data science and machine learning. Currently, I am a Phd candidate at Laboratory of Atmospheric Physics in the Physics Institute of São Paulo University, Brazil. My main current work deals with data-driven research on biosphere-atmosphere interactions for South American continent. I have experience on analyzing large volumes of atmospheric data from different sources using methods of statistical learning theory. I also have a particular interest in better understanding how vegetation responds regionally to both natural and anthropogenic drivers.

  Applied complex networks and information theory to build algorithms for trading in Brazilian stock
  market. Analysed large volumes of historical time series data in order to test deep learning models and other trading strategies.
